3. One step forming is one of the most advanced and popular processes as a result of its stability, fashion and easy cleaning. Formed sink is irregular-shaped as a whole, the thinner part is mostly 0.7 mm, and ideal thickness should be 0.8-1.2mm. However, if the sink material is too thick, it would make the sink too clumsy and may lead to contortion and damage of utensils. Hence, 0.8-1.2mm is the best configuration, with long lifetime and good safety control.

To ensure the sink quality, we start with raw material. Every stainless steel must go through strict factory refinement and processing before finally cast, making our sink highly resistant to wash-marking and misting, easy to care and clean.
